Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on tunes and file services. All sales for custom ECU remapping files and tuning services are final. This policy ensures that our clients receive the highest quality and tailored solutions, specifically developed to meet their individual vehicle needs.

Return Policy

Physical products, such as OBD devices, may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed, excluding any shipping fees.

Exceptions

Customized tuning files and services are non-refundable and non-returnable. In the event of a defective physical product, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
