Our Services
NomadTuning provides ECU tuning services, custom remapping files, and automotive performance products. Our services include:
- Custom ECU file tuning and remapping
- Performance modifications (DPF delete, EGR delete, AdBlue solutions, etc.)
- Stage tuning options for increased performance
- OBD tuning devices and related hardware
- Technical support and consultation
Account Terms
To use our file services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on tunes and file services. All sales for custom ECU remapping files and tuning services are final.
This policy ensures that our clients receive the highest quality and tailored solutions, specifically developed to meet their individual vehicle needs. Each tune is custom-created for your specific vehicle and cannot be resold or reused.
Return Policy for Physical Products
Physical products, such as OBD devices, may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and undamaged
- Item is in its original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed, excluding any original shipping fees.
Exceptions
- Customized tuning files and services are non-refundable and non-returnable
- In the event of a defective physical product, we will replace the item at no additional cost
- Warranty claims for defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt
Customer Responsibilities
When using our tuning services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have authorization to modify it
- You understand that ECU tuning may affect your vehicle warranty
- You will provide accurate vehicle information for tuning purposes
- You understand that modifications may not be legal for road use in all jurisdictions
- You accept responsibility for compliance with local laws and regulations
- You will not use our services for illegal purposes
Disclaimer
ECU tuning and performance modifications can affect vehicle emissions, fuel economy, and longevity. By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- Modifications are performed at your own risk
- We are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper installation or use
- Some modifications may void manufacturer warranties
- It is your responsibility to ensure modifications comply with local laws
- Performance gains may vary depending on vehicle condition and other factors
Intellectual Property
All tuning files, software, and content provided by NomadTuning are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell any tuning files or content without our express written permission. Each tune is licensed for use on the specific vehicle for which it was created.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NomadTuning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or vehicle damage, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
